Echo account deletion is available inside Echo Portfolio at More > Echo account > Delete Echo account.
Request deletion outside the app
Email echo@blake.org.au from the address associated with your Echo account and use the subject Echo account deletion. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
What deletion removes
- Your Echo account and authentication profile.
- Account-owned Support content and attachments.
- Account-owned connection-partner authorisations and cloud connection records.
- Support push-notification registrations.
Content posted on another person's Support request is anonymised where its operational timeline must remain. A deletion-state safety record is retained for 90 days to reject old credentials and delayed messages; it does not contain your deleted profile or portfolio contents.
Local portfolio data
Deleting an Echo account does not delete portfolio records stored locally on your device. Delete those records in the app or remove the app, then manage any operating-system backups separately.
See the Echo Portfolio Privacy Policy for full details.
